Orders

Orders can be made through the Internet. They are processed by date of order, in the shortest possible delay. Only orders which payments are confirmed can be processed. Basic delay for order processing is 5 to 10 days, but certain orders may require a longer delay. Unless otherwise advised on your side or agreed by both sides, we keep the balance of your order in accordance with the terms described by clause L121-10-3 of the Code de la consommation.

Shipping

All the shipping have a tracking number. Users are required to add their full adress and phone number to receive notifications and have a smooth delivery. The goods are shipped by parcel through La Poste or DHL. Depending on the processing, delivery is as follows:

- Delivengo/Colissimo tracked and secured parcel (Metropolitan France, Europe)  5 to 7  working days following the validation date of the parcel.

- Delivengo/Colissimo tracked and secured parcel (Rest of the World) 5 to 10 working days following the shipping date of the parcel

For orders placed after 18h (6PM) from Monday to Thursday (outside bank holidays), the shipping will not happen until the morning of the following day, subject to availability. These delays are only given as a reference.

Customers are expected to enter a full and correct delivery adress. In the case a parcel is returned for a mistaken adress, it will be at customer's expense to pay the shipping costs again to receive the package. 

Returns policy

In accordance with clause L. 121-20 of the Code de la consommation, the buyer may return the ordered item at their own expense including (initial shipping cost will not be refunded) within 7 days, from the day of delivery, for a full refund. Please note there will be no refund for any product returned because of an incomplete or wrong delivery adress. User will have to repay shipping costs if the mistake comes from an incomplete adress. 

Payment method

Payment can be made at the moment of order by credit card CB - VISA - MASTER CARD and American Express through the secured payment module Paygreen provided by Payline, compatible with every other bank in France, Europe and worldwide. The Paygreen system is 100% secure and uses the most advanceed 3DS Secure system.

Prices & taxes

Our prices include all taxes and are in Euros. In accordance with French law, no tax removal is applicable for exportation. In some countries, customs taxes may be applied at the reception of the parcel, at the expense of the buyer.

UK Customers

Following Brexit and the new VAT collection rules for EU companies, orders under 135£ are not longer accepted.

Customs

When choosing to buy a product, customer is responsible to pay the custom taxes in the destination country. In the case of a refusal to pay the taxes and a return of the product with international transport, it will be at the customer's expenses to pay the way back and all the related fees, and the product may not be refunded as long as not received. No special or manual treatment  (price change on the invoice for lower import taxes) will be accepted.
