We sell officially licenced soundtracks on various formats. CD, Vinyl, Tapes, and high quality limited music boxes.
Where do you ship from and do you ship worldwide?
We are based in Paris, France and all our products ship from France. We ship worldwide and use the major transporters such as Delivengo (La Poste), DHL and UPS and also Mondial Relay / Chronopost for countries close to France.
Shipping to USA and tariffs
Starting on August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for packages entering the US expired and the usual postal service "Delivengo" has temporarily shut down to adapt their system. In the meantime, we are still offering shipping with UPS. However, because of the new rules, some products may be subject to tariffs from France (15%), or you may be charged with an additionnal fee.
Regarding CD and LP, there is currently an exception for “informational media” coming into the USA, including vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, books, sheet music, and other items, so tariffs should not apply, however, transporters might charge a separate fee, which we have no control on. Please note that unpaid duty taxes will automatically result into returning the package to France with additional shipping costs. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs in that case.
Other products such as apparel, goodies, music boxes, may have the 15% tariffs applied and the payment will be requested by transporter or duty tax system. In that case, please kindly make sure to complete payment before the deadline to ensure a succesful delivery.
While these new tariffs rules are not convenient, we are striving to offer the best prices and service to all our customers in the United States. Thank you for your understanding!

Brexit : We ship to UK! However, the tax collection system has evolved and has became very complicated, so we can only accept orders above 135£, for which we won't collect VAT. You will have to pay VAT directly before through local transporters.
Where is my order?
When a product is shipped, we send an e-mail with the tracking number. If for some reason you don't receive the e-mail or the tracking number does not show, please contact us. You can also check the latest status of your order in your account. Check "order history and details" to see the orders and their status/tracking.
It's been 6 months (or more) and I did not receive my order!
International shipping can be very slow, or complicated. While we do our best to support everyone with delivery issues, we cannot check all tracking numbers on a daily basis, so you are also responsible to enter a correct and complete adress when ordering, and to track your order. Please make sure to check your order tracking, as it can be waiting for you to pay customs or it could be available in a local pickup, sometimes without any notice from the postal service. Unfortunately, except for premium service (DHL, UPS) we have no control on the postal service notification and efficiency, which is very different in each country. Also, we won't accept any claim that is older than 3 months after the product was shipped, because the tracking is not possible anymore. If you don't receive your order and think there is an issue, please make sure to contact us early enough for us to be able to track the product and help.
I moved and need to change my delivery address!
Please send us an e-mail with your order ID from the contact form. We will update your address before we ship.
I ordered a product few weeks ago, why hasn’t it shipped yet?
We often open preorders with limited bonus and an estimated delivery schedule. For many various reasons (including production delays at factory or transporters), it can happen that shipping is delayed. It is especially the case with the ongoing plastic materials and oil crisis situation, as many companies face unexpected delays.
All grouped orders containing one preorder item will ship once all products are ready.
In all cases, all our orders have a tracking number and a mail will be sent once the product has shipped.
I ordered separately 2 items. Can I combine them to save on shipping costs?
While we agree it would make sense, combining orders is quite complicated in terms of logistics and accounting. It can also be the cause of mistakes. For this reason, we prefer not combining separate orders.
What are the ‘shikishi’ offered as preorder bonuses on CD and vinyls?
A Shikishi is a sheet of fine handmade paper affixed to a hard backing. The edges are decorated with a strip of gold paper. All our shikishis are made in Japan, with the highest quality standards and the best printing quality.
Return of products
Customers can request a return of products at the only case they support the initial and the return shipping costs.
